Cancellation/ No Show Policy:

In order to provide all clients with the highest-quality service, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be made if unable to keep an appointment. To ensure our policy is being followed through, Fresh Look requires clients credit card on file. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice & all no-shows will result in full charges of the appointment.
 

Package/Promotion/Groupon Clients: Failure of giving 24-hour cancellation notice and/or no show will result in a LOSS of appointment with an additional charge of $50.

Fresh Look Skincare & Laser Therapy is a private clinic with set pricing and packages. We do our best to stay up to date and competitive with our pricing, please do not barter with any of our staff.

Returns/ Refunds Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any treatment purchases. This include the following: Treatment packages, Single Treatments, and other various promotions and sales. All products and services are considered FINAL SALE. Clients of Fresh Look Skincare & Laser Therapy assume the responsibility upon purchase & no refunds or returns will be issued. Consideration to special situations may be considered for a store credit. This is up to the discretion of the technician at Fresh Look Skincare & Laser Therapy.

 

No treatment exchanges will be applied to (pre-paid) outside marketing promotions; (pre-paid) outside promotions are sold "as is." Paid-for gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

 

We accept exchange, or store credit on skincare products with receipt. We reserve the right to refuse return, exchange, or store credit if we deem unfair; example: product is almost completely used/container is almost empty, product inside container is not original, product was not purchased at Fresh Look Skin Care & Laser Therapy location, or stolen, etc..

At Fresh Look Skincare & Laser Therapy we take the privacy of our clients very seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect. Client files an information is 100% confidential. 
 

At any time you may request that your information be removed with respect to yourself. 

 

We request general information (name, mobile, email) so we can keep you informed about upcoming appointments, appointment changes, appointment cancellations and any other promotions and events going on in our clinic. 

Any addition information we request is to help our technicians tailor your treatment to get the best outcome. We store notes in our system in respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service.
